How the open training works

1. Bring your own real-world challenge

We’ll work through problems from your day-to-day work. Before the training, please email us your challenges. These might include: recurring errors, slow processes, dissatisfied customers, or digitalization that isn’t delivering the results you expected. Not sure what to bring? No problem—it’ll come to you on the day of the training. We’ll learn from each other!

2. You’ll learn to examine problems at their core

You’ll discover how to “park” your solution mode and explore, step by step, what’s really going on.

In this exercise, we’ll use, among other things:

• 5x Why: Ask follow-up questions to uncover underlying causes.
• Lever for Improvement: See how problems are interconnected and reinforce each other.
• Fishbone diagram: Organize and visualize possible causes.
• AI as a Thinking Partner: GPT’s “Park-the-Solution” Mode and Useful Prompts.

 3. You can apply it right away

You’ll practice applying these techniques to real-world challenges. You’ll learn what questions to ask, how to examine assumptions, and how to avoid jumping to conclusions.

This is how you develop knowledge of the techniques and the ability to apply them in your daily work.
