I have over 10 years of experience in digital transformations, combining that experience with a fresh perspective and practical tools. Since June 2023, I have been working with ChatGPT daily, applying AI in a way that is directly applicable to entrepreneurs and teams.

Frisian roots with an open mind

• I am married and have two young children, a son and a daughter.
• It is on our bucket list to visit all the Wadden Islands, including those of Germany and Denmark (see the photo on the boat to Borkum in Germany).
• I grew up in Sneek and then looked around in Groningen, Utrecht and Leeuwarden, but have been living in Tytsjerksteradiel for years now.
• I consciously choose to live in the North. Traveling for work is part of that. This way I stay connected to the region and help clients all over the country. I often drive smoothly on the A6 or A28, and in the car I regularly call people from my network.
• When I give a workshop in Utrecht, I sleep at Van der Valk beforehand and start the day with a run. On other days I just have dinner at home with my family, just the way I like it.
• I have owned a sc Heerenveen season ticket for over 20 years.
• I am a soccer player and captain at vv Hardegarijp 4.
• I no longer program myself, but I have basic knowledge of Python, MySQL, Visual Studio Code, JSON, Jupyter notebook and more. This makes it easier for me to communicate with IT developers.
• I learned Spanish in Guatemala, where I stayed with a local family.

Uninhibited curiosity about new experiences and insights

• PADI Advanced Open Water diver (see photo during a dive on Elba). Fascinating what can be discovered in the sea, so I dive into your business processes too. ;-)
• I hitchhiked the east coast of Australia on my own. 2,600 km from Cairns to Sydney.
• Drove 1,600 km through Vietnam on a motorcycle with 2 friends from Barcelona. From Ho Chi Min City to Hanoi.
• Saw the Big5 in one day in South Africa. Lived there for a month in a lodge in the bush where we were taught about African nature and volunteered.
• Followed 50+ courses at home and abroad in the field of soft skills, organizational change management, project management and business analysis.
