Here’s how it works:
1. Intake and Preparation
We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and ongoing improvement initiatives. We’ll also determine who should participate in the workshop.
2. Priorities Workshop (half-day)
Together with your team:
- We identify the most important opportunities, challenges, and ideas for improvement;
- We’ll determine this based on the criteria you use to set your priorities;
- We’ll weigh the options and select the three most important priorities.
3. From Priorities to Action
We’ll discuss how to translate these decisions into a workable change agenda. Who will take on what? When? And what will you put on hold for now? That way, it won’t just be a matter of good intentions.

The Priorities Workshop is for up to 2 people (for example, you as the CEO and a team manager).

- Program: intake (30 minutes), a half-day workshop, and a follow-up meeting (60 minutes).
